1. Currency
All prices listed on finecoffeestore.com are displayed and processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you are using a non-Canadian card, your card issuer may apply currency conversion fees, which are outside of our control.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through PayPal and major credit/debit cards processed securely via PayPal Checkout:

- Mastercard
- American Express
We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), bank transfers, personal checks, or store financing options.
3. Payment Processing and Security
All payments are handled securely through PayPal. Transactions are encrypted using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your financial data remains safe.
- Fine Coffee Store does not collect, view, or store your full credit card details or PayPal account credentials on our servers.
- Your payment details are securely passed directly to the payment processor.
4. Billing Timing
Your chosen payment method will be charged immediately upon order submission. Once payment is authorized, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. If payment authorization fails or is declined by your provider, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Since we operate strictly outside of the Province of Quebec and do not ship to Quebec addresses, no Quebec Sales Tax (QST) is applied or processed through our store.
