Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship outside of Canada?
No. We currently ship exclusively within eligible regions of Canada and are unable to process or deliver orders to addresses outside the country or within the Province of Quebec.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — every order ships free anywhere within our eligible Canadian shipping zones, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After that, estimated delivery is 2–4 business days for Ontario, 3–6 business days for Atlantic Canada and the Prairies, 4–7 business days for British Columbia, and 7–14 business days for Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and other remote areas. Please note that we do not ship to Quebec. See our Shipping Information page for full details.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status by signing into your account or contacting us at info@finecoffeestore.com.
What if my order is late, lost, or arrives damaged?
Contact us at info@finecoffeestore.com or +1 (647) 499-5271 within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

What kind of coffee do you sell?
We carry coffee capsules, whole/ground beans, and instant coffee, from a mix of well-known major coffee brands and smaller, local roasters worth discovering.
Are your capsules compatible with my machine?
Compatibility is listed on each product page. If you’re not sure which capsules work with your machine, contact us at info@finecoffeestore.com and we’ll help you find the right match.
Do you sell single items or only multi-packs?
This varies by product — check the individual product page for available pack sizes.
Is the product packaging always exactly as shown in photos?
We do our best to keep images accurate, but suppliers occasionally update packaging design. Minor differences between the photo and the item you receive don’t affect the product inside and aren’t considered a defect.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via PayPal and major credit/debit cards processed securely through PayPal Checkout (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). We do not store your full card details or account credentials on our servers.
Are taxes included in the listed price?
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and applicable taxes (such as HST or GST, depending on your delivery province) are calculated and added at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at info@finecoffeestore.com or +1 (647) 499-5271 and we’ll cancel or adjust it at no cost.
I haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t see it within a few hours, contact us at info@finecoffeestore.com with your name and the email used at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes — unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll accept it back even if opened. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover the cost. For any other accepted returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — let us know when you contact us about your return, and we’ll arrange an exchange subject to availability.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and reorder favourites.
How is my personal information protected?
We collect and use your information only as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with federal Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). We never sell your information.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. Email info@finecoffeestore.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Will I get marketing emails I didn’t sign up for?
No. We only send marketing emails if you’ve explicitly opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
