  • Communications you send us, such as customer service requests

3. Why We Collect It

  • process and deliver your orders within Canada;
  • communicate with you about your order, account, or inquiries;
  • send marketing communications, only where you’ve given express or implied consent under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) — you can withdraw this at any time;

  • meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations (including GST/HST recordkeeping); and

Consent may be express (e.g., ticking a marketing opt-in box) or implied by context (e.g., providing a shipping address so we can deliver your order). 5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We share personal information only as needed with:

  • payment processors, to process transactions securely via PayPal;
  • shipping carriers, to deliver orders via Canada Post;
  • hosting/IT service providers, who store and protect data on our behalf; and
  • professional advisors, regulators, or law enforcement, where required by law.

We do not sell personal information. Where a service provider stores or processes data, we ensure they provide a level of protection consistent with Canadian privacy standards.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, tax records must be kept for the period required under Canadian tax legislation). Information no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymized.

11. Children

The Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of majority without appropriate parental or guardian consent.
