Where We Ship

Fine Coffee Store ships within Canada to 9 provinces and 3 territories — strictly excluding the Province of Quebec. Due to local regulatory and linguistic restrictions, we are unable to process, fulfill, or ship any orders with a billing or shipping address located within Quebec, or any address outside of Canada.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required, to any eligible address in Canada (excluding Quebec).

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Ontario. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Note: Quebec is excluded from our shipping zones. Any orders placed with a shipping address in Quebec will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

Carrier

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check order status by signing into your account on the Site or by contacting us.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship it.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window above, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund:
